Ordering, Delivery & Returns

What should I do if my tracking says 'delivered' but I have not received it?

Check around your property, safe places, with neighbours, or reception areas. If a safe place or neighbour delivery was requested, delivery is complete when scanned or photographed there. If still missing, contact us within 24 hours with your order number so we can investigate.

My parcel arrived damaged—what now?

Retain all packaging and contents. Email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packing, and the item itself, along with your order number and proof of value. This evidence is required for us to submit a claim—claims may be refused if deadlines or evidence requirements are not met.

Why was my delivery late or missed?

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by peak volumes, weather, traffic, or operational issues. We cannot refund shipping for delays outside our control.

Can I have my package left with a neighbour or in a safe place?

Yes—at your request, delivery may be diverted to a safe place or alternate address. Once delivered accordingly, responsibility transfers to you at that scan point. Please ensure it’s a secure location.

What if my parcel is delayed due to customs or international checks?

International shipments may be delayed if customs require additional information. Please provide any requested details promptly to avoid extended delays.

When are you not liable for delivery issues?

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, high demand, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control; packages delivered to a safe place or neighbour at your request; missing or incorrect packaging; or claims made outside carrier deadlines. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier and scanned, their terms apply.
